Philippe Marleau, CFA
	PORTFOLIO MANAGER
	Mr. Marleau is Managing Member of MVest Management LLC. Mr. Marleau is also a Principal and Director of Palos Capital, a Canadian based investment management firm. Mr. Marleau is currently responsible for managing the Palos Income Trust Fund L.P. and the MVest Opportunity Fund, LLC. From March 2000 to August 2004, Mr. Marleau was employed at Merrill Lynch as a Vice President in the gaming and lodging equity research team. Mr. Marleau primarily maintained coverage of the lodging sector. In this capacity, Mr. Marleau was responsible for providing investment advice and recommendations on hotel stocks to institutional money managers. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in March 2000, Mr. Marleau covered real estate companies and REITs for over two years with Scotia Capital, the capital markets division of Scotia Bank. Mr. Marleau holds a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University with a Major in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Economics and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Charles Marleau

	Charles Marleau is a member of MVest Management LLC. Mr. Marleau is also a Principal and Director of Palos Capital, a Canadian based investment management firm. Mr. Marleau is currently responsible for actively trading the Palos Income Trust Fund, L.P. and the MVest Opportunity Fund, LLC. Mr. Marleau holds a Bachelor of Economics from McGill University.

Tommy Nguyen

	Mr. Nguyen is a senior associate at MVest Management LLC and Palos Capital. Prior to joining Palos Capital, Mr. Nguyen was a technology consultant at Ionpeer Networks. Mr. Nguyen holds a Bachelor of Engineering with a major in Software Engineering and is currently pursuing his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
